I’ve done different kinds of profiling test, but most only state the behaviour, traits and personality. Nothing is like IDENTI3 that shows all the conflicting traits that may cause the struggles that I am facing.
And the situations described was so close to what I’ve came across. It feels like Yannie was there when I encountered the incidents.
Now knowing my traits and the conflicts that I’m facing, I can better manage myself and team relationship. I am more aware of the behaviour of others, which in turn help with my emotional health.

I recently attended the YAY Success event and did my profiling using the IDENTI3 Profile Tool. The results were not only amazing and surprisingly accurate but also fun to explore! Yannie Yong read and explained my profile to me, highlighting that the conflicting results were likely due to my career transition.

While visiting a health and wellness event with Elizabeth Ng last Saturday, out of curiosity, we took a personality test at a booth brought by IDENTI3.
We sat down, downloaded a link and began answering a series of questions. Though the questions were multiple choice format, we were advised to answer at first thought, however, I carefully thought about it…haha😊

YAY Success, Yannie Yong sat we us, softly, patiently and slowly deliberated our scores, explaining the scores suggested meanings about our identities…I would say is rather true of me at this stage.
I find the overall experience fulfilling as I learn to know the me, a good discovery and understand how we both can connect and work well😊 together.
Through this personality test, it helps to identify and understand why certain matters are smooth sailing or not happening the way we want.

Thanks Michael for providing a profiling for my personality. It is close to 90% accurate even though the weightage is subjective. Interestingly it also recommends jobs that are suitable to me and I have been in some of those jobs.
It is a good reflection of who I am, and it allows me to think how to make the best out of myself. Those who have not tried the profiling, you should do so 👍
What I feel like saying, Yannie’s coaching has really helped me view myself in a new perspective. To understand myself a little bit more deeper, but more importantly to reframe and view my self-perceived weaknesses as strengths in their own way.
She has helped me to see that my traits are uniquely me and that I can use that to my advantage in the job market.
I know myself better now and it helped me be more confident in my job interviews because I know my strengths and how even my self-perceived “weaknesses” can be strengths for the right role.
And that’s all I feel like saying and to be less self-doubt.
Conversations with Michael is always intriguing and I love my discussions with him. My personality assessment with Michael was an enlightening process. He was able to unpack the result of the personality test and concisely helped me to both validate and understand who I am.
