This year at the Stay Alive Summit, YAY Success was thrilled to host a booth and introduce participants to the power of the IDENTI3 profiling tool. Under the guidance of Coach Yannie Yong and Michael, attendees had the chance to dive deep into their personalities and uncover insights that could help them move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
The IDENTI3 tool provides a unique approach to understanding one’s “type geniuses”. Many participants found the readings to be incredibly insightful, offering them a clearer view of their strengths, weaknesses, and even blind spots. For some, this experience was a game-changer, as they finally began to understand why they’ve faced struggles in certain areas of their personal and professional lives.
By uncovering their type geniuses, participants gained invaluable clarity on how to better approach challenges, improve relationships, and tap into their true potential. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with many feeling empowered to use this knowledge to enhance their leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
